problem with items and reputation

Respected. I logged in today and saw that we were missing two items. After that my items were arrived in the mailbox from Blizzard. I picked them and I tried to put them on my character, but I could not do that. And i saw that my frenzyheart reputation is changed (exalted to honored). I do not know what happened to the server, and please if you can give me back the reputation to exalted because i cant do that quests again because there not exist any more.

Have you in case done the Oracles quest chain? I am not any expert, but as far as I recall if you do one tribe, other rep goes down. So maybe this was the cause of it.
