Account registered on an e-mail "doesn't exist"
Hello,
Some time ago I made a ticket regarding an account and it was answered, but that did not help me at all. I still have the same issue. I own the e-mail "[email protected]", but when I try to recover, it says that there is no account registered to that address, so I don't know what I should do.

Hello,
Back on Molten I had an account named "purik". Now when I tried to create a new account with the same name on Warmane, it said that the name is taken. When I tried recovery, via e-mail or via account name, it said that neither of them exists. Even so, I couldn't make a NEW account using "purik" as name. Could you tell me if there actually is an account named "purik" or not?

If you experience difficulties, it's likely you recall the password incorrectly.
Step 1.Go here https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve
Step 2.Click the down arrow next to Account password & then select forum password.
Step 3. Input forum username & confirm
Step 4. Go to your email inbox & reset password by the email sent to you
Step 5. Logout of the website, go to the recovery page, type in your forum name with your new password,
