Hello, new player xD

Hello Warmane player's. My name is Robert, i'm 23 year's old, from Serbia. I just wanted to start playing WoW again after long time and i see that this server is great and awesome. I have some question about one realm, and that is Lordaeron:

1. Lordaeron is on 1x? I mean gold, XP...
2. Is it still on Wrath of the Lich King? Because when I clicked on Lordaeron fixes/changes I saw "MONKS" and i was confused.
3. Is it alowed to donate for any item on that Lordaeron realm?
4. Who is better, Alliance or Horde? Or it is balanced? PvP and PvE.

#2 Yes, and it will most likely remain like this forever. You might have looked at the MoP changelog.
#3 Donations are very limited given the type of realm, but you can still donate for stuff. You will be granted 30 days off the queue with the majority of purchases.
#4. Better or most populated? If you are referring to populated, they are both more or less equal, you can check them out here.
