Hi guys ive been thinking about a way to get justice and valor points but seeing that the rdf is disabled i dont know where. Can you tell me if there is a way to get them. If yes then please tell me where/how.

There are no justice points in WotLK. You can get Emblem of Heroism through heroic dungeons, reputation daily, and 10man raids. Emblem of Valor you can get in 25man raids and with the heroic daily.
