I know that there are always unexpected bumps, changes etc to the original plan but can you please shed some light on this subject?
Would really help the people who are going for top ranking since knowing what the reward thats on the line will get more people to play arenas and maybe each que wont be 10 minutes long.
Thank you.

I would like to add that having no ladder and no real information about a season very problematic. When I played on Ragnaros, there was an announcement that players need more than 50% of the games played to recieve titles within a team like one day or even hours bevor season ended. If you make rules about when people get which titles, you have to give information before the season is running out, or else players will just have to accept their fait and maybe lose titles they could have earned if they knew the rules before.
To run a competitive season that is engaging for everyone, players need information like "how much % i need to participate to recieve titles". On retail aka offical Blizzard servers it was always known how much % of players get what title while season were taking place. There was a visible ladder so players could compare, think about how much rating they need to get which rank, maybe even a higher title. Players could check other teams and report wintrading much faster. All these things are missing here and announcing such an important information when players cant change much about it, its not encouraging when its most important: the whole season when players fight for gear and ranks.
Please, when the season and its rewards are discussed, start discussing the next season at the same time and tell the players what you want to do before, not after the season.
Thank you for noticing.
