I have a problem that I need to get wotlk on my laptop and i use mobile internet to play on there or wifi, but only for like 10mins a day( dont as why, long story).
Is there a way that i can download install or file that would fit to ny phone (2-4gb)
Or i could just download something in 10 mins with wifi(like install or zip file)

Download the game in 10 min? No way, unless you have a GREAT Internet connection (notice the caps on great), which given your description you do not.
As far as I can tell you is to either go to a café to download the client, or download the torrent 10 min a day until you have the full client. However, downloading it through a mobile connection can take you ages.
