Everytime I time collect point it say you do not have any points to collect.. what am I doing wrong?

Everytime I time collect point it say you do not have any points to collect.. what am I doing wrong?
You do need at least 1,000 unique achievements points amongst all your characters in all realms but Blackrock or Warsong.
