No idea what is happening, it is also offline for me.
It is not normal, it doesnt happen alot
They're probably fixing some errors we've been recieving in shrine and orgrimar. Should be up and running pretty soon imo :D

Sometimes they announce down-times and it depends where they announce it, if you're wondering why it's offline, mostly because it was announced in-game and you weren't on yet. And the other times are just random. :)

They are hosting a 1v1 tournament. Server is being restarted, there is no downtime. It should be back online after few minutes and the even started.
GM said that in-game, i just checked it. Frostwolf is now back online.
