Lag in 25 man TOT

Hello, as the title says, my latency increases to 2k+ during 25 man raids. I just brought a new pc last week hoping that it would solve my problem but still i m having lag issues in 25 man raids. I can play 10 man raids on High Settings but in 25 man, even if I bring down the settings to Low and turn off all my addons, my latency goes on increasing few mins after engaging the bosses. I am having issues only with latency and not with fps. My fps remains 50-60 throguht the fight, just lat goes beyond 2k. Can anyone help me to solve this issue pls?
Here is my PC's configuration :-
Intel i5 4th gen processor(4460)
4 GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia Geforce GT 610 2 GB DDR3 graphics card.
Broadband Internet with 512 kbps speed.
So is there a problem with my PC or my internet?

Your pc configuration has nothing to do with your latency, only the internet itself. Do a speedtest of your internet connection and check out connection towards some other games online.

I did a speedtest of my internet and this is the result.

Your current bandwidth reading (in Mega bits per second) is:

492.60kbps

I dont have any latency issues while playing or doing 10 man instances. My latency remains between 150- 300 most of the time. Only during 25 man raids,it shoots up. So my internet is the problem here?
