Unable to connect

Dear sir/madam,

Since yesterday I am unable to connect to your server(s). I've tried to fix the issue myself, but after going through certain files in my WoW folder I was unable to find anything wrong.

After filling in my account information, the game attempts to connect me but after 1-3 seconds it throws me out and gives me an error message which advises me to contact support if the problem persists.

I've also attempted to consult the forums, but (un)forunately no one is experiencing connection issues at this time. I have turned off my firewalls and have even tried to re-download the client, but somehow I am unable to get any download information visible on my Bitttorent screen at all. Perhaps I got banned, if so why? If not, could you please offer me some support with this issue.

Narrowed the problem down to not being able to connect to any online games (servers). Ran a check with League of legends and the same problem emerged. Can't connect to that game either.

Then I guess it's best for you to call your provider and explain the issue.

It might be that you got these ports blocked. That is especially common to students using their university Internet.

Thats exactly my situation, except I share the internet with others in my dorm. Just figured out thats my problem this afternoon. Haven't found a solution for it yet xd

If they've actually blocked those ports then try a VPN.

Doesnt work either : /
