I just download the wraith of the lich king and when I log in with my account, game says downloading update and 0%. How long will it take until the end? This is 0% over 15 minutes!

I just download the wraith of the lich king and when I log in with my account, game says downloading update and 0%. How long will it take until the end? This is 0% over 15 minutes!
It does not have to update. Log in with username not email.
