Has someone else encountered this bug again? We lost loot from 2 bosses in naxx because it's simply not lootable. We tried to pick it up instantly from the boss the second time and it still didn't work. Is there any work around?

The best you can do is take screenshots and send to a Game Master, however as far as I know, they do not restore loot if it becomes bugged or is lost in a rollback.
it happened to us in dungeon too making loot FFA causes that

I think it's related to people leaving the raid. Same thing happened last week in VoA - people were leaving raid group and some of the loot simply become inaccessible (when trying to loot no loot window opens).Quote:

So to avoid that when you are touching loot as master looter never close loot window. Just give items to people before you will close window with loot. Worked fine for all our raids.Quote:
