I can't log in

Hi i need some help here it's been two days that i can't login to frost-wolf,the last sign in was 11-03-2016. so far i have never go thru this issue seen the day one.
am running with new patch 5.4.8.Even i try to re download the mop client still the same issue unable to login.error message (Your account need to be convert) I really no idea what the issue about please kindly help me on this.
