[WOTLK] Having FPS problems after upgrading to Windows 10

Greetings!

I updated my laptop from Windows 8.1 into Windows 10. After upgrading to Windows 10 I noticed that my FPS in-game dropped. Before, I have 50-60 FPS and now I only have 9-23 FPS. I'm using Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-362QM CPU at 2.20 GHz and I have RAM 4.00 GB. I'm good in technology but I'm aware that my processor is good.

Please help/guide me.

Since it is a recent installation, have you verified that you have installed all your drivers (especially GPU)?
I suggest you to do it from their official website, such as NVidia one.

its just bad gpu drivers, since they have not-so-good support in win 10

Whilst I agree with the first part I disagree with the second. Support should be pretty much the same, but official web drivers will generally work better than the ones with Windows updates.

Because Windows 10 comes with standard graphics drivers people forget to download actual manufacturer released drivers, so they end up actually playing on nothing more than Integrated graphics.

Windows 10 has been out for over 6 months. Both AMD and Nvidia use Windows 10 as native for their drivers now and are slowing down support for anything Pre 8. Also both have really good DX12 support, especially AMD who have been working with as a priority since the developers release of it. Please don't give misguided advice to people when you are clueless.
