You can refund coin items within 24 hours.
However, I believe the problem is not with the weapon itself, does it happen the same with other ranged weapons?
Other weapons work like a charm! Just the donated one that won't shoot!

How do I refound it since cache didn't work`? Is it a instant or a waiting process? Since I worte the ticket ingame 4 hours ago an it says "Approximate time remaining 60 min" and when It get to 50 it just resets!
Kind of frustrating since the previous weapon is sold.. Since I figured it would't be a problem with this one!

Previous wepon was a gun! Ofcourse i've tried my ranged spells/switch/swap/wappadodeldo.

You would still have to wait for someone to read the ticket. They won't give you back your previous weapon so you will have to get new one anyway.Quote:
