Mist Of Pandaria doesn't launch.

When I try to lounc the wow.exe I get an error. (Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can't make required changes to an archieve file.) I tried even to launch the wow.exe in administrator mode, but didn't help.
Can someone help please.

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
