Problem in arena

Hello, im looking for GameMaster, we have in arena an enemy rogue, his name is Jharod, and he is probably stuck somewhere in texture. He is not responding on whisper, his teammate also ignores us. What should we do? We are here already 30 minutes. Thanks for your respond.

I just checked his "match history" and 90% of his arena has 0 Dmg and healing done, so I guess he does it on purpose with some hack hoping enemies leave
