My account was banned a couple of days ago for fraudulent payment. I was donating for 10 coins (had 20 already) so I could faction change. Instead I get banned because Paywallsafe bugs out with the payment.
I already made a ticket but its been a long time now. Anyone else been in trouble when donating?
Seems to me that Paywallsafe bugs out if using the same creditcard within a couple of days? I could be wrong.
Sorry to hear that, i have donated 2 days ago 3 times in a row with paymentwall from the Netherlands and i had no problems, as soon as i hit "pay" the coins are in my account.

It doesn't "bugs out". It has a very strictly security. Having an account with everything confirmed, usually avoids problems and delays.Quote:

there is 'NO' system as flawless, that being said your payment must have been called back or in this case refunded. I'd suggest contacting a GM or Admin about the same.
