I've attempted to log my account after a crash, and while in the process of doing that it came up with error retrieving character list. I attempted to fix it myself to no success. I've logged another account and it works fine, changed realm works fine, restarted game, and deleted cache. If anyone knows a solution to the problem it would be greatly appreciated.
