Bugged char

Good day,

So, my char "Zooren" it's bugged. When I try to log in with him, appears the message "Login Failed". It's just with this char, the others are normal. What I have to do?

I have never heard of an "login failed" when entering a Character, anyway try to use the Unstuck feature.
From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

can you provide a screenshot of the Error message?

I have seen that error message on retail after some updates some time ago. It appears on character selection screen when trying to log on a character. It's not a WoW error that appears when the client crashes and it doesn't seem to be a client side error. There might be something wrong with characters data on server, in which case someone from the staff would have to check it.

If its a data error, how can I speak with the staff ?

simple, open a ticket in-game with a character who can log-in.
Explain your problem and post the imgur link on the ticket too.

Hello,

It was unexpected, but the server restart this morning has solved the problem.

Every is ok now.

so I have to wait for a server restart to be able to play? thats a bummer..

I currently have this problem right now..
