mop doesnt wants to start

i freshly torrented mop (not minimal version), i started it and after 3-4 minutes an error box thing popped up saying this:

"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

then i tried running it as administrator and offing my avast free antivirus but still got the same results. i'd rather commit suicide than to wait another 17 hours for it to download again and im still not 100% sure that it's the problem

Right click on your MoP folder, go to properties and disable Read-Only.
