Pending Mail

Hiya,
I'm having what seems to be a pretty serious issue with the AH/Mailbox in that I am not receiving the gold from someone who is buying what I am selling.
I receive the notification that a buyer has been found, and the mail notification appears in the top right. I go to the mailbox, and it says gold pending.
Now this wouldn't be so bad if I would actually get the gold. I had five or six or six of them built up and one week later they are no longer in my mailbox and I haven't received the gold. Just now about an hour ago a buyer was found for something and I check the mailbox, and once again it's a message saying "Gold Pending."
As you can imagine, this is a pretty frustrating issue that I'd like fixed. It's been a good 15g or so now that's disappeared or something.
I've asked people in the global if that's an issue, and all i've been told is that, "It'll eventually come. Just wait." And what I mention that it's been a week they respond, "Then idk. Sorry."
