Cant get into Wow.exe

Im new here, so i already download the Mists of Pandaria 5.4.8 and double clicking the Wow.exe
but the Wow client didnt appear instead it gives errors

I have the same issue

yeah me to dude

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

^it worked
