Molten Account Recovery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been away from world of warcraft for quiet a while. I dont remember the last time i played. But it was on Molten server. It has just been into my knowledge that Molten has transferred to Warmane. So I would like to recover my previous account as I worked real hard on my characters and I spend quiet some time (Years) on those characters. Accounts were hijacked by the old administrador at the end of 2014 and they cannot be recovered.
