Cant login

Anyone knows if Egypt is banned from playing warmane ??
if not i login the game i cant play a single min cant travel cant do anything i log then all ppl are name UNKNOWN i wait then the game dc i do this like 1000000000000 times and no thing happening same thing cant play
i check my releamlist
changed my network (it may take me like so many times to play )
used a usb modem
NOTHING HAPPENED

Last time i played wow was like 5 days ago in the morning but in the evening of the same day that issue started
if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me

Did you try to delete WDB? ( it is inside WoW's Cache folder)

if my ms during this problem it is 0 ms and it dosent make any sense if not during the problem ms like 100-150 ms
this problem happen so suddenly and my ms was good there was no sign of high ms or smth like that
