Sons of Hodir Bugged since new core?

So, I went to the sons of Hodir on all my toons to buy a new shoulder enchant. The quarter master is missing and the place is zoned like you've never done any quests before. So even logged my DK to do the village quests that were bugged before. I got to the quest where you need to free the protodrakes and the prisoners, but since I have done slag covered metal and am exalted, i can not free them because the only attack you. I now cannot get a shoulder enchant for my warrior's new gear. Anyone had this problem and know a way to fix it?

NVM. Found out the way to fix it. Go to the temple of storms and pick up the quest from thorim. GG.

My problem was, I couldn't find the prisoners at all, yet I could ride the protodrakes.

If you did the Sons of Hodir by killing a frost giant and looting the item to get instant exalted you need to go to the Temple of Storms and take a quest from Thorium then you can see the quartermaster.

Yes, this is your (temporally) solution. Also, I have completed the quest chain starting from Thorim, when i was doing "The Summit of the Storm Peaks", and now i can see quartermaster all the time.

I can't see the quartermaster ... and thorim dont give any quests... what can i do... pls help!
