Cant login

I wanted to know is my ip or account banned from playing wow or not ???!!!!
i cant login for a single 1 ms
i have 2 accounts one of them i can login with it the other one i cant and now i cant login with both of them i deleted WTF and cache files from wow folder
same problem i contacted my ISP and they said everything is fine tried another pc same thing cant login
this problem happened suddenly every thing was fine b4 this happened to me D:
someone please tell me iam not the only one in the world who have this problem
if anyone had this problem and solved please tell me
