Can't start Therazane Quests

Hello.

I just saw that Warmane fixed most of the Therazane's quests and I went to Deepholm, but I can't start the chainquests. I don't have the reputation bar in Cataclysm Factions and I've only done 11 quests in Deepholm. I went to Diamant the Patient, who is supposed to give the first quest, but he doesn't show any quest to take. The only quest I can do in whole Deepholm is "On Second Thought, Take One Prisoner", but it's bugged.

Wiyhout completing that quest you can't do any other quests in Deepholm, please see the other topic by Islingr "On Second Thought, Take One Prisoner" he explains very well how to do the quest.
