Income Problems ?

Ive been reading the forum for an hour now which i usualy dont do since im not a forum kinda person but ive seen multiple posts about Warmane havin issues with income since lordaeron isnt bringing much in altho it has most of the population there.

But also i saw a post about faction change being more expesnive then usual for that very reason which raised a question which may have already been talked about many times but as ive said i dont really read much in here.

So why not lower the prices to something more humane again in marketplace rather then up the prices ? Im pretty sure he only reason your not earning as much anymore is cuz of the prices for i have not donated anymore aswell for the prices being huge on items that are barely worth anything in the game.
Seems like to me that the Perfect gaming server with barely any benefits for us donators "Lordaeron" idea has finaly proved that it wont work as intended which we all knew at the start cuz altho many of us love the idea it just isnt really rational to expect all ppl that donated and got things easy to want to now get it the hard way.
Not meaning to whine in any way since i love the server you created and i have nothing against warmane but it only seems fair to bring back donor benefits and lower the prices as it was in old Lordaeron for them weak epic items just to get ppl started on donatin again.

On another note, would it be possible to indroduce some sort of a realm transfer system where you can bring a character say "Neltharion" to "Lordaeron" realm and atleast partialy get the coins to use on a character there from the gear you already donated for in Neltharion ? Reason i ask is that i made my character in Neltharion before Lordaeron was even released and ovbiously i wanted to join in Lordaeron as being originaly from the Molten "Lordaeron" server but i dont see any benefit for anyone for me to lose all the coins spent on a character in Neltharion that i dont even play anymore to go to waste just cause i decided to play on a better server that you yourself created.

I would love to help you guys out and donate for ya all again and buy some items with them coins and ive tried to donate a bit just to help you out and wasted the coins on useless items i didnt need but i dont see this happening on a larger scale again when i cant even afford the current prices on items.

Truely believe those ilvl 200 crappy items shud be put on low prices for they aint very useful in game but would help you guys get alot more support to keep you all up.

My apologies for my weak english and if i posted somewhere incorrect for as ive said im not a forum person and i kinda got no clue about them cathegorys.

Oh and ovbiously i didnt mean that you owe us anything bcuz we donated but it would in encourage more donating if ppl got something back from it dont you think ? While yes what we get is a chance to play in the server by helping you keep up the server but ppl take things for granted untill they lose that which they do take for granted, but that is less then likely to change then the rate of your income if you do lower the prices and support the donors back.

You are literally suggesting changes that ruined old Lordaeron. The only way to keep Lordaeon up is to rely on other servers like they do now. Or make it pay to win like Ragnaros and Deathwing. There is no 2 ways about it really.

Last Lordaron was perfect other then the fact that shadowmourne was available for anyone.
Actually no there was many flaws such as Shadowmourne only available trough donation and so but ppl could play in it without donating aswell as with but i wouldnt want having max gear with donation anymore but only the beginning gears that need as fresh lvl 80.

Altho it was quite awsome havin max geared character without any work it loses the point to the game .

and gave Molten a bad image and chased people away by the 100's. Molten's old community use to really toxic and full of trolls that'd ninja loot constantly and chase off good players. I feel if people actually have to progress their toon and work hard to get what they have they're much more likely to stay straight and behave.

If you wanna help the server, then help the server because they deserve it, but one should not be so cheap to expect much back for trying to help someone. people get to play here for free and that should be reward enough.

Okay, i'll bite. Why does a fresh 80 need easy gear? Getting geared for raiding is easy peezy and takes little effort. I started passing 3000gs in a matter of a few hours and started getting invites to OS 10/25 and VoA 10/25 and no one ever questioned my gear. If i wanted to get in on a Naxx 10 i could just as easily join a guild that needs my roll or start my own guild/group and find like minded people to raid with?

It will not be done. Lordaeron is going as intended, with coin shop prices high, but yet reasonable enough to mantain the servers going. The other WotLK PvE realms, which will soon merge to become one, have lower prices. Consider moving to it.

Lets have some fun. I bought my TV about 5 years ago and now i barely use it. Should i take it back to the store and ask for a refund? Because thats basicly what you are asking for to happen on Loderon. A refund because you dont play your other character. Did you or did you not donate and spend those coins on that character? You did and you probably enjoyed it. So why do you want a "refund"? Listen to Arbiterone and go on one of the other WOTLK realms and buy your fresh lvl 80 a Shadowmourne.

F lolmourne! That stupid weapon has caused more crying and complaining then it's worth.

Wait until end game gear is available on lordaeron. Plenty of ppl will donate for BiS items even when they are overpriced.

Other wotlk realms arent suitable rated nor are they playable for lack of ppl in them

Clearly you cant grasp the consept of my idea, for ive said clearly it doset hurt anyone if they are its not likely i will donate any less if i get them back upon change of the realm for i and any other person in similar thought would still donate just for the coins wont cover the cost of multiple other character you make on a new realm but it would make new donatiors to move to Lordaeron from other realms and make them in need of donating again to make more characters in the new realm. Cuz like me i doubt they need to donate any longer once they have been in a realm long enough. But they would if they were given a win win chance to move to a new realm.

Spend enough time in a single realm and you find yourself in need of nothing in there anymore but if you spent enough resources in there your less likely to change the realm. But if say you had some of it back to use on another realm and new chacters on it will motivate you to spend more on other characters not just sit on your max geared character and never needing to donate again.
And unlike your TV Warmane dosent have to pay in real money to give you some refund on the coins but only press couple of buttons (incase of doing it manualy) and they earn another potencial donator. Its not like they have to pay Euros to add coins to someone. Just a thought and atleast in my mind and of any person ive ever talked about this, has seen this to be sort of a commercial trick and would benefit everyone. THere cant be any losers in this idea but onlly winners. SUrely everyone wont start donating again upon realm change but its not like they would do so sitting in theire old realm either.
And they can always add sort of a price say 50 coins to be able to use such a service = another income.
Only offering ideas to increase theire income and im pretty sure they are more then viable and fair to apply.

you bought coins, you spent coins. you should not get any of those coins back just because you want to play on a different realm. if you want new gear on a new realm get more coins, otherwise shut up and get gear the old fashioned way.

"The old fashioned way" why does this always seem so hard for some people to do? If you enjoy playing the game, then it shouldn't be just because you have X, Y, Z gear on your toon. It should be because you love the game as a whole.

I'm not saying Warmane shouldn't look into the is, it's not the worst I'd I've seen on here, but I am saying this shouldn't stop people from switching realms if they want. Lordaeron isn't meant to be a "skip to the end of the line" kind of realm, it's soul purpose was created to give back the old school feel of having to grind out levels and having to really grind out gear, sure they gave players a little bit of incentive to donate, but I don't think they designed it to be about making the highest buck, that's what Molten was about and why it was so bad for so many people.

I'm not the only one that see's this right? People over all seem happy with how Lordaeron is, so I don't think there's a high need to change it.
