Cheap shot random teleportation

Hi

Just picked up cheap shot but when I use it the mob randomly teleports away from me, happens about 50% of the time. Anyone else have this? Is it just cheap shot? What about kidney shot? Is it just PVE or does it happen in PVP also?

Was looking forward to getting my stun lock on...

It's because the mob is not actually "there". It only happens with Cheap Shot and Pounce (feral druid).
