I'm really sorry. My ******ed brother was using my computer logged on to my acc there and began hacking at bg. Terribly sorry for him and please unban, I promise that it would never happen again. I put the account had a lot of money and dont want to lose him because of my brother. Once again I apologize for him. Please unban my acc.

I would like to know in advance whether it will be something to do or if I should give up straight away, I do not want to end on such a great server.

make a ban appeal. doesn't matter if it was you or your brother or you sisters boyfriends mothers cousins dog tho, hacking is hacking and they ban the account regardless.

We penalize the offending account not the person, so it doesn't matter who did it.
You'll have to wait it out.

Ban appeals are not supposed to be used in such a manner.

So my acc will never be active?

Have a look at your account panel. Unlikely that first time hacking offenses will be penalised with a permanent ban. In any case, you can just create a new account.

really? so there's certain bans that you shouldn't appeal?

I know I only have a ban on the account, but just on that account, I was already enough for me an unfinished character, which I understand that's not your concern.

could I please just tell someone higher if I have unbanned ban or for a certain time runs out?

Ban appeals are for bans that have been done by mistake, not the ones where you were caught hacking.

When you log in on the web it tells you the duration of the ban.

If i Log on my web acc i Just see this one "Your account has been terminated due to Speedhacking in warsong" nothiń else

No, terminated means the account is closed, i.e., permanently banned.

so first ban and actualy permanently banned? Is it right?..
