Banned for a bug I submitted a ticket on! Are you serious Warmane?

Come the **** on.

Warmane support just said that I cheated while bugged in a Battleground. I wouldn't mind getting this fixed by posting a support ticket but...

I know what this means. It means whoever looked at my case did nothing. They looked at nothing. They did nothing.
I will personally stream my game if it will prove I haven't done **** to my client. I have NEVER cheated in WoW, not for Warmane, not for Molten.

I'm personally livid.

This bug I experienced is Warmane's fault, something was wrong and it was ****ed up and now I'm being blamed for a bug they failed to fix. I even submitted a ticket WHILE THE BUG WAS HAPPENING and no one replied to it. I had to log off for the night because I couldn't fix it myself and figured I was bugged.

I want this solved. I want someone to actually look into my account, into the case, and you can see I never cheated. Not once. Not even a little. I will continue reposting this until someone does their job.
I want my account unbanned, I haven't done anything to deserve a ban. I've not used any addon's to cheat, nothing that would change my gameplay.

The only things on my client are Recount and GatherMate2.

I can confirm that sometimes this happens especially on my druid.If you port in with a flying mount somewhere there is a chance you'll come out without a mount on the next side and still be able to fly only lot slowly. This has been a bug forever..

What is killing me is that they're banning me for 6 days for it! I tried to fix it and this guy Smyth claims I was "clearly cheating."

I hate cheating, I've never done it, never in Warmane or Molten. I just want my account unbanned, I don't want anything else, I don't cheat. If anyone can say something to help, get attention to this bug. I know people who've been banned for bugs before and we've tried to fix it, but no Warmane employee has ever helped us.

Someone please look into this! This isn't fair, I did nothing wrong and I'm being accused of cheating. This is absolute bull****.

I need someone's help. Anyone. If someone can actually do something about this rather than just ignoring me or shoving me to the side. I've played on Molten for years, I've been on Warmane since it formed, I've been nothing but loyal and I donate to support the game. I've done nothing wrong but am being treated as though I'm a serial ****ing offender.

Bugs do not cause you to fly in several BGs. Not to mention that you took flag in them numerous times while being high in the air.
Ban appeal decisions are final.
