An Ancient Evil (Pandarian)

I'm stuck at this quest. I have submitted a ticket before this, the quest [Worthy of Passing] and now this. Please help me. The boss named
Vordraka, the Deep Sea Nightmare can't be killed. This is the same issue with the [Worthy of Passing] wherein the Guardian of the Elders can't be killed to. So please take action on this ASAP. Been trying to make a panda for 4 days now :(

If you use wandering isle global chat, there is a guy who will log in immediately to help kill said boss.

!?, I guess he was online then if you were able to pass that boss.
In all honesty, this has to be fixed.

He's on randomly, and when he logs, he just happens to catch chatter on global chat. He has also horde/ally toons and is often busy with selling on AH, so he pops in once in a while.
