Entrapment inside of Arena and Freezing Trap arming time.

Hello everyone,

As all of you noticed recently Hunter's talent Entrapment doesn't work inside of Arena or any PvP zone as well as Hunter's Freezing Trap has no arming time wich should be 1 second. I would appreciate if you guys can up vote this so it gets fixed ASAP. Those are game breaking bugs.
