Hi MSV is still bugged?
nah when you have epic dps... you must kill dogs under 1-2 mins or they reset

Currently only works properly HOF, other Raid (MSV,TOES,TOT) are bugged!
there is nothing bad with bosses when you have good dps... only when your raid have low dps then bosses keep respawning after 2-3 mins
I think the reason they respawn is because of tanks management. If they come too close and stack together they resset. So they should be taunted from distance, but thats just my thoughts im not 100% sure.

It is because most of decent raiding guilds left,and what's left here doesn't even know boss mechanics ,and even if they did ,they dont care. And that's why when ppl ask : is it still BUGGED, u get an aswer "there is NOTHING wrong with the boss".
