Moonkin T8 boni?

Heyho fellow Druids,

i got a question about the upcoming Ulduar Patch.

The 2 set boni from the T8 Moonkin set was originally like this " Increases the bonus granted by Eclipse for Starfire and Wrath by 15%". I´m not quiet sure when it was nerfed, but after T9 or T10 content was released the boni was nerfed to only 7% to prevent druids from keeping the t8 boni into T9/T10 content.

So my question, will the boni be during Ulduar with the originally 15% value?

The bonus will stay as it says ingame " Increases the bonus granted by Eclipse for Starfire and Wrath by 7%". The main reason of this nerf during wotlk was that the talent Eclipse was buffed later on.
