Can I "bump" bug reports somehow?

I want to make it more noticeable so the devs will look into it right away

No, don't "bump" reports. They are all tested and checked, and what you consider high priority might not be for the people with a lot of work in line to be done already. The only exception are actual exploits, that shouldn't be sent in an open Bug Tracker report anyways, and get preference.
