trade system confusing

there are two options when i sale my character
"1: Equipment only"
"2: full Inventory"
so if i select equipment only only equipped items will go to the buyer right? then i am wondering can i get all those bag packs and stuff with my gear on my alt character on my account or what?
anyone here can clear the confusion

i mean what will happen with rest of my donated gear in inventory ?

If you select equipped items only, everything else is deleted if the character is sold.
No, you can't use this to "transfer" bound items to alts.
