If that's a new account and you have no other characters, you can't make a death knight unless you have a lvl 55 character in the realm you are trying to create the dk.Quote:

change the hair style, you are selecting new WoD models "looks", so randomize the look until you can succefully create the character.
That said at barber shop you will be finally able to use those hair style
