My Account banned due to hackers

Hi how long does it take to get an appealed reviewed? Looks like my account was hacked and the person cause it to get banned. I donated money and would continue to donate every month. I am not sure how it got hacked I have the game on only one laptop that has a fresh copy of windows. Hopefully it will get reinstated and maybe if i make the password harder with 18 characters it will be hard for them to get it . To bad there is no way to get an authentication app added to the game like blizzard has.

They have a lot of people who's accounts got "hacked and banned", so I would expect to wait anywhere between a few days to a few weeks. They do have a 2 step authentication, granite it's not an app on your phone, it works just as well.

I just saw two step once i get account activated I will do that.

ban appeals have lowest ticket priority, so you could wait a bit.
