my rogue was capped 1650 before the update. and has a 1650cap still
my warrior didnt cap. and now has a cap pool of 2200.
i think there lies the bug.

Not yet, I reach til 2100 via random bg, capping the 1800s, but still need 1 arena, which I pretend to do later with a friend.
But answering your question: yes, I'm able.
have 4 arena active charecters on same acc, all was full capeed. Now 2 have 2200 cap, 2 others still 1650
7,8/10 have 2200 others = suck dics
Before Upadate 2200, now 1650....
I capped conquest this last monday at 1784 instead 1650. I dont know why, maybe for the rating reached in last season. Actually i got my "uncapped" characters with the bar at 0/2200 after lastest updates of this evening, but my first character, who got bar capped from monday, still got the problem. In this way i lost 416 (or more) conquest and my bar is still 1784/1784 with the unic character i use to play...Quote:

Yesterday It was fixed and there was base cap of 2200 like it should, today after arena flush it is again at 1650, but the case is that it is not for every char, for some it is like it should 2200 for others it is again 1650.
