How to raid 10m ?

Hi all i wanna know how you raid for example naxx 10 m .My and my guild have almost bis preraid gear (~3.7) def capped tanks and we struggle to kill even the most easiest bosses there like Noth and Anub .Tanks take so much dmg that the heals must overheal like crazy and even with innervate - tanks die due to no heals mana or tanks die due to to big dmg and not heal in time.So for my its seems that the only way is to do it with a lot more geared ppls but what is the point then to rade naxx 10 just for achievement.I know that this i hardcore realm and i like it but this is impossible and not fun at all. So if someone can tall me how the first guild that clear naxx did it i will be very grateful.(and pls only serious comments no need to "learn to play""go learn tactiks" and this sort of useless spam) Ty.

since your not in 25m gear the requirements are steep. For 10m naxx your group needs to be good and u need to have the perfect composition for the fight.

Noth requires good tanks heals and aoe dps where as anub is a good mt heals and correct tactic. You can't meet anub's berserk timer in time unless u cc the adds. As for wheb u start ccing adds that's dependant on your groups cc heals and dps.

We actually cleared naxx 10 without naxx 25 gears, so can guide you pretty much where ever you have issues.

if tanks arent higher than 3800 you wont be clearing naxx10 anytime soon

You need 25m gear to clear nax 10. Bloodshed if u did clear nax 10 in 3700 gs sshow a video if not cool story bro. Seriously all these people on this server never post boss kill videos but make astronomical claims...Tired of all these liars. The cal has been put on you guys in multiple threads and never any proof to back up your claims...Just stop already.

Stop crying already ! Learn to play mate !
Do you think we actually had idea that we will be doing it without naxx25 gears ? so prepared the movies for it ?
We went through wipe fests for 3 weeks to figure out the encounters, hardest one was Patchwerk and we got ourselves to 1 shot it all time.
Do you think you enter naxx for first time and should be able to clear it in just one shift ?
It took us 3 weeks just to down Sapphiron. Sapphiron for us was easy as ****, reason being is our core 10 man is so much used to Sindragosa on ICC heroic.
in 4th week, it was just like we are having fun in naxx 10 and we dont raid naxx 10 anymore in grun for 2 reasons
1. Time waste
2. Loot is not that worth
We raided it with our main core players just to figure the encounters and tacts and same we are doing with ulduar 10

One more proof that the normal way to progress here is a big mess right know and it is not like it shot be naxx 10 - naxx 25-ulduar

u wiped for 3 weeks to learn an encounter that hasn't changed and has remained the same for 8 years?. and if it took u 3 weeks thats 3 lockouts to accumulate a lof of 10 man epics on the way to saphiron which means u were WELL OVER 3700 GS by that time....your a funny guy bloodshed.

Raids aren't designed to be cleared on the first lock out, by fresh heroic geared toons. Doesn't matter how old the content is. I wouldn't even want it to be done that quick. No fun in it. There is a reason that its called progression. 3 Lock outs to down Saphiron isn't bad by any means. There are a lot of bosses to burn through in Naxxramas, and frankly clearing all the way up to Saphiron with heroic, and raid gear that was picked up in that same lock out is a commendable accomplishment.
