Been thinking of rolling on Lordaeron, and I'm wondering about which raids are available. What's the current highest tier and how are tiers rolled Whenever they're finished? Same time frame as retail? Thanks for any answers!

You could glance at the threads in this section and realize what tier we're in.
Ulduar is the current tier, after an unspecified amount of time Trial of the Crusader will be released, then Icecrown Citadel, then Ruby Sanctum, then this realm will stay on that tier for the rest of its life.
Yeah, I tried, but in some other thread it says ICC and TotC are scripted and available, was a bit confused. Sorry if it was a dumb question.

Ragnaros and Deathwing, which are the other Wrath of the Lich King realms, have all raids open.
Ah, so that's what it was :)
Oh, and note that all endgame raids are buffed. Take that to consideration as well
