Title says it all, I have the 25 primos in my bag, along with Festers/Rotfaces Blood and Light's Vengeance, and the Runeforge in ICC does not allow me to turn it in.
Is this a known bug or am I just doing something wrong?

I fixed it. Anyone having that issue, abandon the old quest and take it again from Mograine.
Same here, but... WIll it remove the bloods?
