Can't reach my corpse and no response for game masters

i am stuck after a quest called The Drakkensryd, it is bugged and you fall off the mount all the time, once the quest was over i was just kicked off the mount. I can't get ress sickness and i can't reach my corpse i am just stuck. I tried using unstuck and it does not work.

I am on the server lordaeron and my character name is Leafes.

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Coins*>Character Unstuck

*it is free even tho displayed as "Coins feature"
