Hi I am trying to do the quest to get my first aid up but I cannot target or click on the NPC for it. Doctor Gregory Victor. In Hammerfall, Arathi Highlands.
edit: Well I did more searching and seen I dont need to do that quest to advance my first aid, so uh, nvm i guess. the npc is still bugged out though.
