The memory could not be "read"

Hi guys, I just downloaded the Wotlk client in order to play on the Lordaeron realm, but I'm currently facing an issue;
Everytime I try to start playing, right after the cinematic, when I have to agree to the "license agreement", the game crashes and I get an error message

I got the same in MoP, but only in Ogrimmar any fix?
