So bassicly i retrieved this account with a support from [email protected] but my main and only toonis deleted/traded so is there a way of getting it back somehow or is it gone ? any answer or help will be helpful! thanks (got ****load of screens and a original email thats used to create the account)
no, Staff will not restore your characters for free BUT you might restore them with the Character Restoration feature
My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select a random Character>Set Currency:Coins>Character Restoration
now you should see a list of all deleted character in the past 30 days between level 75-80
That isnt helping as u can see on the picture below .. it shows like theres nothing to restore as u can see on picture below

toon was lvl 80 and toon was there yesterday so idk why isnt he on the list?
you need to have at least 1 current character on the realm to retrieve the old ones.
just make a new character
go back to that same screen
you should see your old toons

As u can see on the pic i provided i have lvl 1 and a dk lvl 55 so i have characters on the realm but i cant see the main I lost is it possible it wasnt deleted but traded away by the hacker since he had the account for atleast 6 hours till i managed to get it back with [email protected] and whats there to be done if thats the case?
P.s warrior had donations on it and i can provide valid proofs from lvlup pics to the creditcard used for buying coins
check if it is on Trade, you can filter for Class
No its not on the trade. I guess hes renamed already cuz a friend of mine asked me if its me whos spamming global chat with wts message (toon left in his friendlist even after the rename)
