look on google for an addon that does that, best way here on warmane i have found for the goldseller spammers is to take a screenshot and upload it to
http://imgur.com/ then copy the link and send it to aldtharios with the name of the spammer, and your reason for reporting him. the spammer will be taken care of :)
The most well-known AddOn for things like that would be BadBoy.
Also take a look at its plugins:
