Malice not scaling with spell crit

Its in Bugtracker but since it is an incredible bug i put it here so you can help making them notice it.
Why it is a major bug.
Poisons scale with spell crit.
2nd strongest attack from combat rogues are poisons.
For Assa it is i guess obvious.

The Problem:
Malice does not scale with rogues poison attacks. (to be exact it does not increase Spell crit)

Malice is a Rogue talent located in the 1st tier of the Assassination Tree. It increases critical strike chance for All the rogues attacks.

How to reproduce:
I did let my rogue hit a dummy for 30 minutes with the talent, still it only hit my spell crit %, because i thought at first it just isnt displayed.
As you can see it doesnt apply at all.

Malice crit is displayed on the character sheet and you're doing exactly as much crits as your crit percentage, from what I can see.

Could take a screen where you see that displayed at spell crit, cause either i am blind or there is nothing you could see...
yes would be weird if i do less crits than my crit% is ..... not the point

wow he is actualy right, i made a new character on blackrock. Skilled 5/5 malice and 0 spellcrit chance
